I've been going to this restaurant for close to four years. I have experienced at least four different managers who were all excellent. Exceedingly excellent, gracious, proficient and helpful. The place was always clean and the staff helpful and efficient. Recently a new manager has taken over. The place has changed. She's not good, reasonable or available to customers when requested. When I say that I have been in this restaurant 150 times...that is not an exaggeration...easily twice a week for take out. I have introduced at least 25 friends and co-workers to Noodles...on Fruitville Pike in Lancaster, PA. The former managers made it a place you wanted to return to....a place you wanted to help promote it. Under the new management I have now given it five different chances...often bringing friends with me. The consensus has always been the same. The restaurant is different, the atmosphere is different, the smell is unclean and the staff is much more subdued. The warmth and friendliness disappeared with the prior management. Simlpy put, its not fun to go there anymore. The food is over cooked or under cooked and has been incorrect three times out of my last five visits. The new management is indifferent. I've given up. Up until this review I have written outstanding reviews consistently on Yelp and several other review apps. I was their best and loudest cheerleader. No more. I am no longer their cheerleader. I've given up. BTW, Taylor and Christian continue to provide the best service possible under the present conditions. Good luck. I will be back when the...
Read moreBy the name, I thought it might be a ramen shop, or something similar. But while they definitely have Asian noodles (the spicy Korean beef is amazing!) they have all kinds of food. It's perfect for going out with a group of friends who can settle on a place. Italian? Spaghetti and Meatballs! Asian? Pad Thai, Korean Beef, take your pick. Don't want noodles? They have salads and sandwiches. The atmosphere is friendly and their menu is easy to navigate. Most importantly, they take care of you. I'm allergic to mushrooms, and upon telling the cashier this, she rang up an "allergy aware" card and made sure to let the people preparing my food know. She told me they keep all their ingredients separate, and like to know of allergies asap so they can accommodate. They have gluten free and dairy free options, as well. I...
Read moreI’ve given Noodles & Company more chances than I probably should’ve. This is now the fourth time I’ve ordered from this location through DoorDash and they’ve gotten my order wrong again.
This time, I specifically asked for the Bulgogi Mac & Cheese with no green onions. Simple enough, right? Yet once again, they added them anyway. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially when I’m paying extra for convenience and expecting the order to be right.
I hate leaving poor reviews, but at this point it feels like they just don’t care about reading order notes or double-checking anything before it goes out.
I’m seriously rethinking ever DoorDashing from this place again. Consistency matters, and unfortunately, this location just...
