I stopped in to upgrade my phone and was helped by Tyrell, which made all the difference, and this is why: First of all, his customer service skills are outstanding. He greeted me right after I walked in and asked the reason for my visit even though he was helping another customer. He then said he would be with me shortly, so I looked over the phones on display.
His knowledge of all the phones was comprehensive, being able to answer all of my questions no matter which phone I asked about.
Then he talked to me about the current promotions AT&T was running so I could get the best deal possible.
After I decided which phone I wanted (eith his inputs), he helped me to transfer my data from my old phone and made sure the new phone was operating correctly before letting me leave. . . all while helping other customers who came into the store. This was multi-tasking at its best, I think.

Read moreWas eligible for an upgrade and after three visits to the store was told that my phone's IMEI number did not match the one on my account (the phone was working fine and using their service?), even though I upgraded through AT&T at one of their stores. Got to the point that they had Blake tell me to my face that it's AT&T's fault (system went down when setting up my original phone), they would do nothing about it, and to not try another store because it would be the same issue.
Well I'm writing this review off my new phone after going through the customer service rather than a store. So either none of the staff in the area are trained properly to handle the situation I had, or they lied and didn't want to deal with the issue.
Either way, really soured my opinion of AT&T after being with them 15 or so years. Might be time to move on after...
Read moreI broke my phone screen, and wasn’t sure what my options were. I had X amount left to pay off and quotes to replace the screen were the same price (upwards of 450+ to replace). I went in hoping to hear my options and figure out what to do. They informed me about upgrading but I was hoping to stay with my make and model. I believe his name was Braden, took a look into my account and found I had a protection plan and all I had to do was submit a claim and it was covered. The weight that was lifted off my shoulders, is unimaginable. That saved me hundreds that I just do not have. He submitted the paperwork and I was able to head right to the repair store and get it fixed. The other gentleman that was there, I’m not sure his name, was also very friendly.
