Wegmans Meals 2GO — Restaurant in Manheim Township

We made a big order to be delivered by 4:13 pm, it has been ready since 3:51 pm, it's now 4:20 pm and nobody has bothered to pick it up for delivery. Wegmans excuse was "It's a bad weather day", well yesterday was the bad weather day. The roads are dry and clear so that seemed like a poor excuse.
