Three Little Birds — Local services in Manheim Township

Lost a loyal customer of the past 3 years today! I found a pair of lounge pants with multiple frays on the leg seam that would eventually create a hole. These pants were full price at $86. After looking online and in-store (even at different locations) we were not able to find another pair in my size. These were the only ones available in-store. I asked if they could get marked down, since I would probably have to get them repaired at a seamstress. They said no. I was also told they were last season style, but still marked full price- even with the defect. The manager also said they would be marked as final sale with no returns, so I wouldn’t be able to return them if the fray got bigger. I had such a wonderful time shopping at Three Little Birds Boutique. The store has a beautiful selection of unique items, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. I love all the TLB locations. The Lancaster is so beautiful and has a great selection of clothing. The staff is the best part. They mean it when the say they are here for your best days and when you need to get away from your worse. They are open and kind. Today I went in because we had a loss in our family and I was not ready to go home.
