I highly recommend Linda Stabinski, Ethan Allen design consultant, in Lancaster PA! She helped me create a fantastic living room design to move me out of my current 90’s decor. My family absolutely loves our newly decorated modern space! There is more furniture in this room and instead of feeling cluttered; it feels open, inviting, fresh, and spacious. I find myself sitting in a different chair in that room everyday to take in the view and a new perspective from that space. Linda collaborates with me and adds so many touches and layers of design to my vision I’d never even thought of. This is my 4th room Linda has designed. I told her I’m running out of rooms in my home for her to design! She is absolutely lovely to work with, kind, and trustworthy. The Ethan Allen furniture pieces I own are high quality at affordable prices. The available financing makes it easy for anyone to transform their life space to enjoy for years to come. We had a fantastic experience at the design center — the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process of selecting furniture for our master bedroom, family room, and office truly enjoyable. We invested quite a bit into EA because we trusted the quality and service based on that initial experience.

Unfortunately, everything after the design center has been extremely disappointing. The delivery process was frustrating and the quality of the furniture has not lived up to our expectations. We've received multiple items that were cracked, broken, stained, or otherwise damaged — many of which required significant follow-up. Even a year later, we are still dealing with unresolved issues.

We expected a much higher standard given the price point and brand reputation. We sincerely hope EA takes steps to improve their quality control and customer service after the sale, because the design experience deserves to be matched by the rest of...

We have always purchased Ethan Allen furniture because the quality and customer service are above all others! We visited the Lancaster store after moving to State College, PA. We met with Linda and chatted for a while. She quickly caught on to our home style and design taste. Within a couple of hours we planned, designed, and purchased an entire room of furniture for the home we are building Recently we wanted to add a sofa to another room and Linda offered ideas, complete with room renderings and photos...all by text, email, and FaceTime.
