I can not say enough on how enjoyable, easy and professional of an experience it was working with Rachel and the whole team at Vincent & Company Fine Jewelers for a custom engagement ring! A true family ran jewelers that cares about each customer and their needs. My family has been using them for many many years with exceptional quality. This was my first time working with them myself though!

They were able to take my custom engagement ring concept and helped to create a spectacular engagement ring better than I could have envisioned. Rachel and team were thoughtful and considerate while understanding what outcome I was looking and hoping for. I had a few features of the ring I was hoping to have incorporated, not knowing if they would be possible. They were able to incorporate everything I asked of them! They were very creative and worked hard to get that done for me, knowing it meant a lot to me. Good, understanding and caring people!

The whole process of designing the ring with Rachel was a pleasure. From brain storming, drafting multiple ring concepts on computer, looking at stones, getting mold to confirm sizing, emailing back and forth, Rachel made this a stress free and a very exciting process.

I also brought them watches to change batteries which were done quickly.

I stopped in about a month ago to get some links removed from a watch I received as a graduation gift. While I was there I asked if they had engagement ring boxes as I was planning on proposing to my (now) fiancé in the coming weeks. I was helped by one employee (I apologize I forget his name) who helped with the watch, and another (who I also forget her name) for the engagement ring box. They were both amazing. The gentleman did a great job with my watch. And the lady showed me the engagement ring boxes and put different sizes/colors of rings inside so I could get a feel of what I liked more. When the watch was done, and I chose the ring box, I went to pay and was stopped. They gave me the ring box for free and didn’t charge me for the watch, they just said “congrats on the graduation and the engagement”. Not going to lie, it made my entire day. Thank you both for your kindness! We’ll be stopping in soon to make some adjustments to her ring, and when the time comes we’ll be back for wedding bands! I couldn’t recommend...
