Ordered take out, we were staying right around the corner so it's not like out sat for more than three min. Got 2 out of 4 things right. Ex. Ordered buffalo chicken salad but got a sandwich instead. The bread was soggy and the New Yorker was falling apart right out of the box. Had to hold it in my hands the entire time so I wouldn't have to eat it with a fork. I guess it's just not my thing. I didn't like the fries so having them on my sandwich kinda sucked. I let as many of them fall out as possible. The cabbage slaw was good, reminds me of the way my mother makes slaw (vinegar based), but just contributed to the soggy mess my sandwich had become. The meat had good flavor but I'd take a bite and it all wanted to come out, so I'd have to reach to my face and pull it until it broke away - then press it back into the sandwich. I didn't like that there were very few pictures on the menu. This was my first time at any of this particular restaurant chain, so I didn't know what we the deal when ordering their sandwiches other than what I read. I'm a very visual lesson so I personally like to see pictures of what I'm ordering so I have a better idea of what to expect. In any case, not my cup of tea but it was a nice clean restaurant with friendly people.

The food is good but the service was not. Saturday night, and they weren't even busy. We waited to be seated, and a few people looked at us and did nothing. Finally, someone seated us, but we waited for about 15 minutes before someone came to the table. I ordered the very cherry duck, and it was really clear, not red, like it was the last time I was there. It tasted like water, not much of anything. We only ordered fries and wings, and I ordered a pickle. It took a very long time to get our food and was taken by surprised about that because, like I said, they weren't busy. She forgot the pickle never and never brought it. We had to wave her down for more blue cheese. She came with the blue cheese and wasn't even going to ask if we wanted something else or more drinks. So I asked her if I could have another drink. I ordered a different one, and I did tell her the first one tasted like it was just water, so please make sure this one is made right. She said sorry about that and that was it. She came baxk with a drink, and it was fine. I would have ordered more drinks, but she came back with the check and didn't bother to ask. So we paid and left. It was a very depressing visit.

This was my first time to eat here and I was not impressed at all. I will not say that I won't return and give it another try because everyone has a bad day once In a while. Our waitress was nice, helpful and took our drink orders and we were ready with our meal orders also. She brought our drinks and that was the last time that she visited our table until I flagged her down to get out drinks refilled and a "to go" box. She eventually brought our check and the to go box. My "smash burger" was over done for my taste. The onion being were just OK, nothing special. The atmosphere was fine, not bad, nothing to set it apart from othe sports bar restaurants. The dining room and men's restroom were neat and clean. Over all experience was OK, but I wouldn't drive out of my way to get there again. I'd suggest that if you like a sports bar type experience then give it a try- who knows, you might have a great time.

So so so disappointed. For almost 7 years we go to Eden resort and Suites and when Primanti brothers opened up a few years ago we were ecstatic! A quick good food option to go too! We frequent lancaster 2-3 times a year with a group of 15-20 people. Even when we go as a family of 4 we started to shift and go to primanti or order take out. When kids are involved it was great to have quick good food not far away and never had a bad experience, that was until yesterday! To say that yesterday was a disaster is a complete understatement. 1 wife calls and places orders for 15 people, when asked the cost so too pay over the phone, “I am not sure”. Then we are told 40-50 minutes as they are “busy and overwhelmed”, no worries we understand, being from New York we know when you go to other states it tends to usually be a little slower, no issues, So I go with my cousin to pick up the food. When we arrive to the pick up section we are told that when pick up food is ready it will. E put on the table and the name called. After 25 minutes of waiting my cousin goes to the workers and states how ridiculous the situation and the restaurant is (tables had not been busted) the place was half empty but patrons were told they could not be seated and too leave because of the short staff, cooks and bartenders were also taking orders and serving) and while he is arguing he sees bags of food with our “name” on it and we realized that for the entire time the order was ready and just sitting there and never brought out, at this point we are ready too storm off however 5kids we’re apart of this order and they needed too eat so I couldn’t not take the food. (The grub hub drivers who were there said that it has been like this the last 6 months and do not understand and why they are so short staffed) anyway when we get back to the resort we have 20 sandwiches (we only ordered 15), and out of the 15, only 6 were correct 🤦🏼‍♂️, the apps were wrong and they gave random fries, all of the food was cold and the hot foods were now hard as a rock! The kids end up getting max and cheese from the hotel and my wife tried to call the restaurant, the first time after she explained the situation she was hung up on, the next two times no one picked up. I drove her to the restaurant with my kids and she went in to speak too someone , person told her that the charges go through and that they will make sure that it did t get charged but it could take a day or two, 157$, then they tell my wife if she did t leave they were calling the cops, the cops? My wife is a 5 foot 2 non threatening human being who was upset that the entire order was totally screwed up and you threaten too call the cops because she is saying that the charge better not go through so we could get real food for our family . I blame corporate for this! You put this restaurant in a prime family vacation zone of Lancaster. The specific hotel nearby is always sold out and so many people order or go there from this hotel and you have 6 people (including the bartenders and cooks) working? As a “company”, you failed! Next month when we go to Lancaster I will no be at primanti brothers. I turned about 50 people today from going today, have already told family that are going next week to stay as far away as possible from this place. Go to Millers or too the Casey Jones restaurant located in the red caboose motel. So amazing! Go to bistro at Eden before thinking about primantis ! No chance I go back next month for our fall farm weekend trip, usually look forward to going on Sunday night too watch some football, , not happening! You have lost a family from coming and a family who will make sure that no one we know goes to this place! Today was pathetic, everyone from the hotel who went to primantis last night said how pathetic it was, 1 family said it took 35minutes just to get a fork !

Pathetic...

I've heard about Primanti Brothers for about 5 1/2 years now. "It's Pittsburgh's sandwich." "It's so good, dude." People telling me I have to go there. I never did because it wasn't convenient and I figured the right time would come eventually. Well, then this place opened up in Lancaster...so I figured sweet, I can finally give this spot a try. See what all the hype is about. Completely unplanned, I show up in a Philadelphia Eagles shirt and a Phillies hat. I'm a proud Philadelphia fan and it's pretty much the only casual apparel I own. All these stupid families decked out in Pittsburgh gear give me death stares like I was the one who got Ben Roethlisberger suspended for raping that girl. I'm like chill, I'm here to enjoy YOUR sandwich, relax. Then, this manager comes up to me wearing a Pittsburgh Penguins polo and says "wrong gear man HAHAHA". Calmly, I tell him I'm just here to see what all the hype is about. I put my order in for one of their "almost famous" sandwiches and she says it's going to take 15 minutes. I was totally cool with this considering most good things take time. Pretty soon, she rushes my order out to me in 5 minutes and I'm like whoa, that was wayy too quick. All that aside, I get in my car and I'm excited. I'm pumped up that Lancaster finally has something with as much hype as a Chick Fil-A. First bite is absolute trash. The bread is soggy (any legit sandwich place knows that it's all about the bread) The entire sandwich falls a part and my fries were literally potatoes. I was so pissed. If I worked for a cheesesteak spot in Philly and a Pittsburgh fan or even a Dallas fan came to eat one of my cheesesteaks, I would make him/her the best DAMN cheesesteak they ever had. You know why? Because then they would have no choice but to respect Philly for it's awesome cheesesteaks. This Primanti Brothers discriminated and ignorantly gave me a horrible sandwich and the only reason I gave them two stars is because the box that the sandwich came in was unique. I truly wanted to like this place, but unfortunately for the nice city of Pittsburgh, Lancaster Pittsburgh fans continue to represent your...

I was in on March 17 for dinner with some friends, our waitress we had was not very good, i know it was St Patty's Day and we were in around 5 PM, but she was not attentive to our table and continuously kept getting orders wrong for the 2 other people at my table. She would go to other tables multiple times before coming to our table to just get a drink order (we all arrived at seperate times). I got mine within a couple minutes of sitting down which is fine, I was first there. When my friend arrived it took her about 5-10 minutes to come back to get her order, in that time she visited multiple tables multiple times, we also were sitting right by where you put the orders in too. Then when my last friend showed up, same issue happened, she didnt come back for around 10 minutes, she also didnt deliver the my first friends drink order herself, it took about 10-15 minutes to get her drink. We placed our orders in when she got the last friends drink order because of the time delay. We placed our orders and the food came out reasonably quick which was great. I enjoyed my meal, but my friends had multiple issues with getting what they ordered. The waitress put the wrong wing order in for the one friend, and didnt remember condiments for what they ordered. They had to ask her 3-4 seperate times for the condiments, and we had to ask 4-5 times for napkins, since we didnt have any at our table. Everytime we told the waitress that the order was wrong, she would just bring the same one out even after telling her what was ordered. She also just plain ignored our table continuously throughout the evening even before the ordering error. It was not a good experience overall. She ended up giving our table away to another server and he was better with his customer service and visiting our table to see if we...
