My now fiancé and I decided that we wanted to find an engagement ring together. We went to a few places to try on rings including big name places like Kay’s, Jared, and Brent Miller. A few of them made comments that they’d struggle to work with our budget (keeping it under $3k). We decided that we loved Warren Jewelers the most because they felt so personal and like they actually wanted to help us find the perfect ring. We thought we didn’t want to do custom because it sounded expensive, but they worked with our budget and made a truly beautiful ring. The process was so fun! They have magnetized stones and bands to help you get an idea of what you like. Siobhan sent us multiple renderings until we found one we loved, and she even let us try on a resin model of what would be our ring. I know absolutely nothing about jewelry. I went to several places when I started looking for an engagement ring, and pretty much had the same experience at just about every place I went to: the employees spoke jewelry language that I didn't understand and I felt pressured into making a purchase. But then I went to Warren Jewelers. I could browse at my own pace, I never once felt hounded by the employees, and I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. They explained everything in ways I could understand and had a lot of patience with my engagement ring indecisiveness.

In the end, Warren Jewelers helped me design the perfect engagement ring (she said yes, by the way!) at a price I could afford. It's absolutely beautiful. They take pride in their work and their service is excellent. They are also LGBT friendly, which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend...

From the 1st appointment meeting Siobhan, our designer, to the finished product, was amazing! She heard my vision, asked questions, used pics I had with different elements of inspiration, & came up with great ideas & options for my engagement ring. We communicated regularly at each step & she was able to make all the changes I wanted or offer suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted. She was upfront with the prices & the different options for pricing. The stone & cut I wanted was a bit more rare but she found exactly what I wanted. The finished product is way more stunning than the pictures could ever have shown!! Also, the process included a wax mold of the ring before it went into production. It was great to have a visual aid, to try it on, feel it, etc....
