I went in for a haircut and color. I had a picture of the haircut I wanted and the color. I asked specifically if this was something they could do and was told yes I told them I wanted it to be all blonde the stylus I had just started and had a consultant. The consultant reviewed what I wanted for about 30 seconds and walked away. The stylist started with my roots, and after she was done, I noticed that it was brown. I asked her why that was brown because I want it all blonde so she went to her consultant and her consultant told her to rinse it out and start over, she told me she wouldnât be able to make the back blonde because the foils wouldnât fit because my hair was too short. I asked why she would need to use foils since I wanted it all blonde so she went back to her consultant and her consultant told her that I would have to have it all bleached , I asked her how long it would take. She said it would take about an hour to apply. Wasnât sure about how long it would take to process and then I would have to have a toner that would take about 30 minutes and then a haircut . I told her to just do the haircut and forget about the coloring and she was cold cutting the back of my hair. She was going so slow so I asked how long it would take and she told me an hour. I told her to forget it all. She said she would have to charge me $35 for the color. I didnât want because it was already mixed. I have been going to Lords N Ladies for approximately 20 years but I will not...
Read moreI saw Rachel for a color and cut and she stated it would include a toner. She never did the toner and my hair is yellow. Called back the following day and she wanted an additional 25. Im not paying her to do what should have been done to begin with. She even stated blondes almost always get a toner. She also razor cut the ends of my hair and it looks extremely thin and everyone is commenting. I called back and spoke to a manager who had tunnel vision and already made up her mind after speaking to Rachel. She said Rachel said she thought it was a financial issue. Nice of her to say after I regretfully gave her a 30 tip, plus i paid 20 for toner to do it myself because I no longer trust her. I...
Read moreThe first who did my hair royally messed up and I paid more because she was supposed to be a "master" it was nothing like what I wanted. Then I went in for a consultation there to see if a different stylist would fix it for free. I basically had to haggle with that lady just for them to redo their screw-up. As a matter of fact, the only reason they are getting any stars is because they did have a different stylist fix my hair and he did a magnificent job! He was great to talk to and very professional. I also went there another time for a wedding and the hairstylist rocked my hair but then did the worst makeup job. long story short, you are drawing straws when...
