I wanted to put the new 2013 Boss 302 Engine in my SUV because the SUV Sub Model has the same Pony Frame as the Mustang. Called them about it and they did not discuss with me any further options nor did they tell me that they couldn't do it. They took my Number just to never call me back.

Recently this year I went into the Store told them I intend to put a Wide Body Body Kit on my Vehicle and would like Dual Exhaust, Wheels and an Alpine Stereo System with Competition Bass. Again no further options were discussed like perhaps Edelbrock Headers with High Flow Exhaust or maybe a 90 mm Intake or High Flow Injectors complete with High Flow Fuel Pump and larger Fuel Lines with a PCU and an Edelbrock stage 3 Supercharger. Might even need a Transmission Upgrade, Suspension & Brembo Brakes.

Didn't discuss Wheel Offset to match flush with the projected Body Kit Dimensions nor do I know what Audio Options they have available. It would have been nice to have this Priced so I know not only the Total Cost but also which of the things I can afford to do first or in what order each item should be installed in.

I went into the Store one more time to see if anyone had investigated my Project and was told the guy that handles that was out and he'd give me a call. No call. Maybe its too Big of a Project. Maybe they think i'm not serious. I feel Offended.

I bought their Black Friday deal on remote starters for $150. After all is said and done it ended up being over $300. That was not even the bad part, although it seems like misleading advertising if you ask me. I was totally fine with paying the extra money... the bad part is I was told my appointment would be from 3-6 pm on Friday 12/13/19. I dropped my car off a little before 3 pm and was once again told my car would be finished by 6 pm. I told them I would be back around 6, and they told me they would call me regardless when it was finished and they verified my phone number with me. I ended up not receiving a phone call, so I decided to stop back at around 6:20ish to pick up my car. When I get there all of their doors are locked, lights off, and no one is in the shop- everyone left for the night. I checked my car thinking "maybe they left my keys in there," and when I checked, my car was left unlocked and no keys inside (thank god). I ended up having to leave my car there over night unexpectedly and skip something very meaningful for me because I had no transportation.

The next morning they called me to apologize and took full responsibility for their mistake. They offered me a couple sweatshirts (to continue advertising for them??) to make up for their mistake. First off I just want to start out saying that my son bought 4 new speakers from rocking Ronnie's and no issues but spent about 300.00 with them. Then my daughter bought 1 set of component speakers and 1 set of regular speakers for her rear doors and 2 6x9 speakers for the rear deck and she spent about 950.00. this was all in about a month. I installed my daughter's rear door speakers without issue. When it came to the tweeters in the dash I was told by rocking Ronnie's they would charge 75.00 to Dremel the old housing kit to fit the new tweeters. I went to Menards and bought a hole saw for plastic and drilled out the hole and mounted the tweeter without issue for 15.00. secondly I was having issues installing the crossovers for the front component speaker so I called rocking Ronnie's 7 days in advance and made an appointment to bring the car in and have them do the front speakers with the crossover to the tweeters. They made the appointment for me so I took the day off work to bring my daughter's car in and got up way earlier than I normally do so I could bring my daughter to work while they worked on her car. So when I went to rocking Ronnie's for my appointment I was told they have no appointment for me and couldn't do anything and would not be able to work on the vehicle.
