Deluxe Nail Salon @Mansfiled, TX — Local services in Mansfield

I found this beautiful salon on google review. It’s my first time here and I’ve gotten my manicure and pedicure done in months at different location. It’s absolutely gorgeous in the inside, very clean. The host name Tiffany was nice and friendly. They did my mani & pedi at the same time which I love. They had several pedicure packages, and I chose the $85 collagen deluxe and totally worth every dollar. I do recommend getting Amy for pedicures because she is very detailed with her work and takes her time with the massages. (My favorite part is the massage part btw) I do have a leg issues and have a hard time getting the blood flow in my legs, however Amy knows how to make my legs feel like they are on cloud 9. I do recommend Holly for manicure and she’s the sweetest person I ever met. She made sure I was feeling comfortable the entire time and I never had that experience before. Place was clean, front desk guy was friendly, and place was nicely decorated. We were excited to try this place based on the reviews, but sadly we did not share the same experience(s).

We scheduled appointments to have 2 CBD volcano pedicures done (two weeks prior to the date) so we would be ready for our trip the following day.

We arrived at 5:20 pm (appointments were for 5:30 pm), and were told it would be "just a few minutes". Not untypical, so we sat in the pedi chairs and waited. The few techs there were all busy and appeared to be mid services, we were provided drinks, but no one ever came back after that, not even to start us soaking.

A few minutes is one thing, but after waiting for 25 minutes, we had no choice but to leave as we had other obligations scheduled to take care of before leaving the next day.

Very disappointed as we specifically scheduled these appointments before our trip, and were left with no time to even go elsewhere to have these services done before the trip. So unfortunately, we can't rate the pedicures, nor recommend Deluxe Nails after...

Went in for a manicure she stated they would have to take off the nails I had previously gotten… okay can do. Did not soak off the nails completely and cut my cuticle. As I am telling her that she did not fully take off the other set she just asked me what shape I wanted. And then (because some of them the nails were fully off and some were still on) did not give me the same shape on all nails. Now when I go up to pay they proceeded to charge me anyway and when I explained to the woman at the front she proceeded to say she will fix it but basically I’m still gonna have to pay for price, she sat me back down, I had to re soak my nails and after she drilled them she didn’t put cuticle oil on them or anything, I had to come back in and ask for some which is just ridiculous and STILL charged me full price.
