Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Mansfield

Cici's Pizza is located off Walnut Creek, in Mansfield, Tx in a large shopping center with ample parking offering an outstanding pizza buffet and more for all your pizza cravings!

I came through on a weekday during lunch and it wasn't too packed and offered plenty of seating options. The concept of dining in is easy as to where you order up front, pay for your meal, and head to the wonderful pizza bar to grab your food. They also have a to go option to where you can order online or by phone and pick up your order as well.

For starters, they just don't offer great quality pizza but many other additional items as well. They have chicken noodle soup, and to complement them, they also have saltiness crackers. They have a full-blown salad bar that carry's everything from green iceberg lettuce and almost every topping you can imagine from cucumbers, pickles, olives, and more! They offer a great variety of dressings, and my personal favorite is the ranch. They also have a pasta bar with Alfredo and marinara sauce. They are constantly making hot and fresh pizzas around the clock and putting them out for the customers. They have your typical pepperoni pizza, sausage, Buffalo, and my favorite spinach pizza. Believe it or not but you can actually request a personal pizza and they will make it for you to eat there. They just don't offer their standard dough but also a thick crust dough and a thin dough as well. They even have garlic bread that was thick, garlicky, and extremely cheesy! I enjoy dipping the bread into ranch or mixing the Alfredo and marinara to complement it. They even have desserts such as brownies and a lovely cinnamon pizza that was quite tasty. The pizza was ooey gooey with cheese and had the perfect sauce to cheese ratio while the toppings had just the right amount.

The staff and crew were extremely friendly and nice and provided second to none customer service. This is the place to go for amazing food, and the prices are extremely reasonable and won't break the bank. They offer soft drinks and water, and they also have a small game arcade in the back. Update - I originally rated a 1 star per the below comments. But wanted to update and say we have been back to this CiCis twice with a new female manager and things are better. The place still feels like it could use a more in depth deep cleaning. But it is much improved from before and the service is better. I am upgrading to 3 stars

This place looks more dirty and run down every time we go. About 3 weeks ago I went and there was a manager i have never seen before at the front counter, he was on the phone and never once acknowledg'd us coming in or the 2 other groups behind us and had us wait while he was on the phone for 7 minutes. Then not apologetic or friendly at all afterwards. Then today I was going to order a pizza to take to my son school for his lunch and when calling was asked to hold, and then told I would probably be on hold for like 10 minutes since a large group just came in. Basically felt like he was saying you will be on hold a long time so don't worry about it. I did not wait and did not order. It's so unfortunate because we grew up going to cicis and ised to love it. Changing my review for a 4th time! From 4 years ago... is only 9:20 & this employees are starting to clean already and not bringing out food (brownies). That side is fully clean and this place closes at 10 and when I told her but it's only 9:20 the girl answered nothing. Miss the old manager, last I knew he moved to the Arlington location cause I saw him at that cicis.

(OLD REVIEW) From a 5 star to a 1 star to a 5 star again! New employees, new manager seems all is great again! The new manager seems to have everything under control and he sounds like a respectful one to his employees telling them they are doing a great job and saying Thank you to them! Making them feel appreciated is what makes the place run good! He keeps up with the pizzas and makes sure all is clean and in it's position.
