I took my iPad 9th generation in for repair a screen repair today. They were quick with their work. However, I am very dissatisfied. My iPad worked perfectly when I took it in only the screen needed repair. When I got it back the screen was repaired but my home button no longer worked. Aryan claimed it was not their fault and this is the result of Apple not longer providing updates for the software. Edit: The owner of the business reached out to me after reading this review and fixed my iPad and restored the home button. I am satisfied with his customer service and his professionalism. It was important to him to rectify the situation and he even installed a screen protector on my iPad due to the issue.
