i ordered a brown sugar milk tea with uber. i paid additionally so it was supposed to be oat milk. i usually love this place and i always get the exact same thing. today, they delivered this, which very evidently doesn’t have any milk. i tasted it and it was plain tea, and you could hardly taste any brown sugar. it’s fine though, mistakes happen so i figured i’d just drive there myself and ask them to please fix it. i work in food too so I already know how annoying it is when karens do that, so I made sure to be extra kind about it. the two girls working there just rolled their eyes and looked at each other for a while and told me “that has milk” like??? i always get the exact same drink and it’s usually closer to a beige color. i just told them if they could please remake it but they didn’t and just took my drink back (which i had already tasted) and “modified it.” (isn’t this against policy? that’s not sanitary) they gave it back to me basically the same. no kidding, i think they added like a few drops of milk. second picture is the after. i drank some but it’s still terrible so I threw it away after. they were extremely rude which surprised me bc everyone here has always been nice, and I was the only...

You wait on yourself here by putting you order in a kiosk. They don't even greet you when you walk in. I have been here many times, so I am now giving this place a thorough review. The drinks are pretty good, however the boba seems a little gewy and not as fresh as what you get at Sharetea. What has really made me to decide to stop going to this establishment is the hidden fee that I just discovered on my receipt. Not only is a tip expected, but there is a fee called an "operating fee" whereas you can't even view the explanation of this. Why is there an "operating fee"????? The drink was over $6 before adding any extras and no one waited on me. They pulled a lever on a machine to dispense the drink. May have poured in some milk and a scoop of boba. That's it. Why tip??? Why an operating fee?? I am sure these folks get paid well for just pulling a lever. They don't even INTERACT with customers. We went here on a Saturday afternoon, we were surprised it wasn't busier. Great location to be in!

You get to order on a tablet, they have two kiosks when you walk in, I think you can also pay at the register but not 100% sure.

We ordered a sakura milk tea & a pistachio milk tea. We liked both! It's also a cute atmosphere, great place to sit down & have good conversation.

I did read some reviews stating the staff was rude, they weren't rude to us but we really didn't interact much with them either. Order placed by kiosk, then picked up at the counter when it was ready. We were greeted when we walked in too, we never once experience anything negative from the staff. They were just there, doing what they needed to do.
