Kohl's — Local services in Mansfield

We went to Kohl's to buy digital thermometer. Kohl's online said it was in this particular store, but when we went there it looked like it was not there anymore. We asked Amy J. to check it out and she looked everywhere and looked at RF to see if it has one. and the RF showed said that there should be 6 of them available. Amy J went to back stock to see if she could find them there. We waited and waited. We patiently waited for someone to come to let us know what the result of Amy's search was. Another female employee came to tell me that Amy had not found it yet but will continue to look for it. We decided to give them our phone number to call us once they had located it. After about 30 minutes, Customer Service called us to let us know it had been located. Thank you so much to Amy J for her hard work in finding it the item. She is a great and so patient for not giving up. I gave her 5 stars because it only max to 5, but i would prefer to give her 10 stars if I could. ...

So I saw a jacket that I liked, the sign read Docker's leather jacket for 160 30% off! So to me that's a great deal. But the black one was not my size. So I asked the service desk if they had them in my size? The employee said, "We can order it and ship it to you." Great, I said, let's do it.
