Let's break this down. The food, is standard Little Caesars food. It's nothing amazing or better than any other Little Caesars you'll ever go to.
The store looks nice, they did a great job on the remodel.
But that's where the good things stop. This is the single worst managed restaurant I have ever seen. They are consistently out of their hot and ready food, they suffer from critical lack of leadership when dealing with a rush, they never have change in the registers, and it always feels like there's some excuse as to why. And thats what it is, excuses. Its impossible that a single person can visit your location once a month, consistently see the same problems, and miraculously catch you on your worst night of the month.
This is not a hard business to run. Or, at least, it shouldn't be a hard business to run. I'd say that you should go there to get quick pizza, because that's what Little Caesars is supposed to be. Quick cheap passable pizza.
The problem is, this location is nothing even remotely resembling fast. Tonight, when I went to pick up my order, they talk about how "slammed" they were. Slammed, apparently means 3 customers in the lobby, and one car in the drive-through.
Update: many years later. I had sworn off going here, because it had been so historically bad for so long. We arrive at 11am on a Saturday, my wife wanting to try the lunch deal. We were the only people in the lobby. 1 car in drive thru.
Despite there being no signage in store. And nothing online to tell you that the lunch deal is weekdays only, they refused to sell us lunch deals. Presumably, because the drink cooler was in fact empty.
So, to recap: this place is trash. It's run terribly. The staff is not trained, they have zero customer service skills, they don't keep things stocked, and I will probably wait another 10 years before stepping foot in this joke of an...
Read moreAfter all of these horrible reviews and nothing has yet to be done with this place! Does anyone ever read these reviews to try to better the experience people have when ordering food? Whenever I order my experiences vary. went through one time at around 6pm ish after placing an order on the app for their new pizza. The calzone type pizza (whatever its called) and the brownie things said my order was ready for pickup at the pizza portal. Me and my husband drove up there and was going through the drive thru, since the drive thru only light was on, and sat at the window for 10-15 mins, mind you there was people in the back and they seen us sitting there and ignored us! FINALLY, someone come to the window and said they were closed. BEFORE 7??? Told the totally unprofessional rude man that came to the window that I ordered on the app and it said my pizza was ready. He didn't have much to say other than they were closed and were not going to make my order. This place needs some serious work! Kept getting emails saying my pizza was ready and to head up to get it, blah blah blah. Next day I went up and told them what had happened the night before and that they closed before 7 and the man I was speaking to acted like he didn't understand why they had closed so early. REALLY?!?!?!?! So they made my order to make up for what had happened and it was absolutely disgusting. The pizza was undercooked and the cheese looked like snot. I cannot believe how much they have gone downhill over the years. I never understood why people would say their pizza wasn't good because I loved it! But now I'm just disappointed. If they need a new manager I'd be glad to take over! lol Someone definitely needs to turn this place around before they totally run in the ground and they close. GET IT...
Read moreListen, i really really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Ive worked at any food service joint you can think of, so i understand it can get BAD in the kitchen sometimes, but this is unexcusable. Placed an order for 2 pizzas an hour in advance, was told the wait would be an hour. Boyfriend gets there, waiting another 45 minutes, they give a bunch of bread sticks for the wait and shut the window. Get home, he realizes they literally gave us a completely different order and couldnt see it because they buried it under the 5+ bags of bread sticks, so I go back out instead and wait ANOTHER hour and a half to find our pizzas were sitting right there on the counter the whole time. So a total of 3 hours for 2 pizzas. The man at the window gave me an attitude because i said we got the wrong order, told him my order number, he starts saying “well he told me the order number and i gave it to him”…Obviously you didnt??! I would have my order in my hands and not someone elses if that was the case right?? WHATEVER. Get home, both pizzas are not even fully cooked and completely doughy, just took a video of me crushing the crust in half like playdoh with two fingers and the mushy underneath. The only thing edible was the bread sticks, thats it. The pizza literally went to waste because it was so gooey and not edible. Im sorry but ive stuck up for them til this point but yesterday was a total disgrace. Ive worked at pizza places before and it is not that difficult to push out orders when youre backed up that bad. You take your time and slowly push them out making sure theyre correct and COOKED so no one comes back obviously. The line will decrease slowly but it will work damn well faster than whatever they were doing yesterday....
