Horrible customer service. Was invited by a member of the gym to workout. Was excited to try this gym since it has equipment other gyms don’t. Went with my BF, who is a well versed lifter. When we arrived the front desk person barley acknowledged us, we signed in and asked for a guest pass. The clerk called the owner, then asked us where we are from and then proceeded to tell us no guest allowed at this time. I explained I checked the website before arriving and was told it is not kept current. So...

Ken has helped me from mobility to strength. I am down over 16 pounds can move like I am 10 years younger and only getting better. The place is always clean and everyone at the gym is kind and always willing to help.

Wife and I have been going for about 5 months and beyond happy we decided to get personal training and gym membership.
