This is my go-to coffee spot during the week and the weekly staff is amazing. I feel bad even leaving this review because they're so great, and weekend service is consistently poor. We waited in the drive thru for a while today, which is what it is because it's a convenience. However, my iced drink was made with almost all cream (I ordered extra shots of espresso), and only a couple of cubes. So I parked and went in to have it remade. When I got in, the cashier was clearly overwhelmed. Someone, who I think is the manager, asked her if things were going ok and she looked at her in frustration and exclaimed, "NO!". Their response was to giggle and they walked away without helping her.
So I know the cashier was annoyed before I've even tell her what's wrong. I start to explain that I ordered extra shots, got mostly cream and no ice to which point she interrupted me and told me she needed to see the ticket on the cup. After re-ringing it in, she told me she has no idea how long it'll take to remake it. I asked if they can prioritize making since I waited, paid and tipped and she said "no!".
I then asked if she could dump the full one that was incorrectly made in the sink because I didn't want to fill their garbage with a ton of liquid, and she told me that if I want, I can go to the bathroom and dump it myself.
This entire interaction was unprofessional, rude and reflected awful customer service. I understand the cashier was overwhelmed and I'm blown away by the lack of leadership on the managers part. I want to also mention that there were probably 6 people working back there and were completely inefficient. Somehow, the weekday crew can manage perfectly well with half the staff. She went out of her way to meet all my needs with a cheerful smile and positive attitude. I can tell she enjoys her job. She didn’t have my normal coffee on tap, so she offered the option of a pour over, with my favorite coffee flavor Veranda. It is awesome, it is a light roast with a hints of chocolate. I chose Starbucks because the drinks are consistently fresh & flavorful. I was impressed with Catie’s customer service. I thank you for being a valuable asset & a member of this Starbucks location team. Secondly this location was clean. The restrooms spotless floors tables and counters throughout the store spotless . I can tell that everyone is doing their job to make this location impressive pride in your workplace. Each employee doing their job effortlessly and to perfection. The drive-through as I sat in the parking lot doing this review flowed perfectly.

Read moreI went through the drive-thru waited about 35 minutes in line (4/23/2023). The drive-thru to this place is hard because you can't just turn around and leave. It's next to a laundromat. It was finally my turn to order. I ordered a venti vanilla breve latte. I pulled up to the window and the service was poor. There was no apologies for the long wait- there was nothing. I pull off. I took a sip and it tasted like a burnt milk. I checked the label and it just said blonde latte (no vanilla or breve written on it ) I went back and this time I went inside. The worker that was wearing pink with blonde curly hair was incredibly rude saying it was my fault that the order was wrong and I said I wanted a venti breve vanilla latte and he said that labels don't show breve or vanilla on it and I said that incorrect because then how do you know what you're making then he said "we can try to do a remake but next time know vanilla and breve don't go on the label" Then he tried to give me a grande and not the venti... The remake was made with poor customer service. Even the worker that made my drink rolled his eyes as if it was such an inconvenience that they made my drink wrong and I'm correcting it.
