I was served food with hair in it 01/14/23, and reached out to customer service by email, to prevent making a (-) review for the store, as I have also worked in fast food so I know how it goes. Anyway, after no email reply, I called the store and a woman answered. I let her know what happened and she said Papa Johns had a guarantee that would offer me with a new order free of charge. I told her thank you, and if I could call back later to place an order and she said yes.
I called back an hour or so later and she said I needed to speak with her manager instead, she took my name and number down and I got no call back from either of them.
A few days pass, no call still, so I call a third time. The store manager is caught up with what happened and he moves to refund me the total, but the computer system would not allow it. He took my name and number down, said he would speak with his manager and get back to me. He did not.
I called a few days later a 4th time after no call back still, and he said the same thing, that he would get in touch with his manager and that he would call me. That was 4 days ago, and he has still not called which is what prompted this review.
They have been given 5 total opportunities to resolve this, and they have taken 0.
I used to work for a Domino's and the difference in customer service is incredible. This Papa John's served me food with hair in it and did not even apologize, much less been honest or helpful in resolving, I will be submitting a report to the BBB for this incredibly disgusting service.
At Domino's, we would call customers the same day/same night and resolve with ease, sending refunds or re-orders or coupons with desserts as ways to maintain and uphold customer relations. This place is gross, unhygienic,...
   Read moreOrdered $60 worth of food, 3 items. Papa Johns decided to outsource delivery to DoorDash when they're "busy". Two of the three items that were delivered were destined for another location. Called about this and manager put up an argument stating I received the correct order when I had the pictures and labels on the boxes to prove otherwise? Said he didn't have time to talk, they'd remake the order and send it out immediately.
Two hours later I still haven't received my order. When questioned, manager stated multiple large orders came through so they had to "take care of those first"... Eventually I received my order after a third hour waiting. I didn't push for a refund until the manager promised twice to call me back, first after an hour, then after his shift ended another hour later.
I never received that final call.
The food wasn't the greatest and I was angry from the hassle, which made the enjoyment factor non-existent. $60 and multiple hours wasted later; I can say I won't be ordering Papa Johns again from this location. Can't trust the quality of food when profit is put...

Then I get notification of two charges. So I contact them through the chat. They ask me questions I have to look up, then tell me I should call the store. The store puts me on hold for over 20 minutes, meanwhile the first order arrives, the pizza is not fully cooked and there is no soda. The driver was very nice about it by the way. The wings are terrible! just throw sauce on em, they be fine! So 1: cook the pizza! you are going to kill people. 2: make GOOD dough and throw it out at the end of the day...never gonna get better, trust me. 3: your wings, oh my goodness. roasting for 30 minutes and throwing cheap sauce on them is NOT a chef's dream.
