Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Marana

Me & my lady have been to this specific Dutch Bros many times in the past & have enjoyed their service & drinks every time. But our last experience has convinced me to never return to this Ina Dutch bros ever again & refuse to purchase any more drinks from other locations as well for a very long time. We went yesterday night to try out one of their new holiday Snow Cap drink since it sounded & looked delicious. Instead it gave us food poisoning after 30 minutes of consuming literally not more than 1/3 of it between us! Especially my lady as she is currently vomiting her brains out & having to use the restroom every 20 minutes. I am very devastated as she has colon problems & has a sensitive stomach. I hope the team that works here reads this message so they can properly dispose of rotten/expired milk they served us which is absolutely disgusting to say the least. Ordered 2 Medium Blended Rebel drinks yesterday. We got them and they didn't look or taste good. We knew immediately something was off…so i went back to talk to a girl and explain to her that these are not normal rebel drinks and see what they could do for us. She told me that their rebel machine was down and that they had to hand blend them themselves. She apologized and told me that she would load 3 free drinks any size on our app so that we could go to a different location and get what we desired from the start. Well, we go to a different location and they said nothing was on our app and they were completely confused how she would be able to even load free drinks on our app 😑 Really so disgusted by that girl on how she just lied to my face and acted like she was doing something “kind” for us when they didn't do our drinks correctly and we wasted money. I always go to this Dutch bros and everyone is so sweet, but the past two times I’ve gone Kate was very rude. The first time I thought she was just having a bad day. The first time I had a bad experience with Kate she wouldn’t give me my drinks because on her side of the system it said I didn’t pay I showed her my bank account and it clearly stated I already have.
