Visited this store about 3 years ago on vacation. They are one of the only places I can find one of my favorite brands - Tori Richard for women. I ordered a dress to wear on my birthday and the size I ordered was huge on me and I was very worried I wouldn't have this beautiful dress to wear on my birthday. I placed an email to them and ordered a size down and made sure to purchase 1 day shipping. They emailed me back saying I should get the dress on the date I needed it by and I did!!! Buyer beware....Don't do business with this company as they use false advertising and send you wrong sizes. I have tried to get resolution and they will not resolve a problem that they created. I have ordered Nat Nast and Tommy Bahama shirts and they sent wrong sizes. When I called they would not return my phone calls and if I want to return the stuff that they mispackaged then it's at my expense. Worst company out there. If you buy and then have a problem you...

Stopped by this store today to buy a bathing suit I saw the other day, it was 430pm, store closes at 6. Inside a girl asked me if I was finding everything okay, I said no to which she had no response to. I then told her there were racks of bathing suits outside yesterday and I came back to buy, her response was, "we have already put them away, you can shop online and collect." I live out of town, why would I want to shop online when I was there in person. TERRIBLE...
