T-Mobile Authorized Retailer — Local services in Marco Island

Great customer service received today by Sandra, Nick, and Erika who went above and beyond today to help me. They all helped me resolve my problem and I even converted to T-Mobile because of they way they helped me. I hate going to mobile phone stores where I live and went in to this T-Mobile shop in Marco Island as it was convenient since I was in the area and glad I did.

@Tmobile - you should replicate the level of service the team at this store provides as you don’t see customer service like this very often anywhere...too bad and thank goodness (so I don’t spend money) I don’t live around here as I would probably stop in 2-3 times per year to check...

I’m convinced there is no such thing as an “easy” switch from one wireless carrier to another. That said, it’s not the problems we remember, it’s only the solutions. Went to T mobile at Freedom Square as it was the closest but was told I couldn't upgrade my Sprint phone there and was told to go to a Sprint store. I knew Sprint and T mobile merged so I knew I could go to a T mobile store for an upgrade. I looked and found this store on Marco with EXCELLENT reviews so I went. Reviews were so on the mark! Sandra the manager is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Her staff Victor and Erika were also very helpful and Sandra made sure everything went smoothly with my upgrade.
