Napoli on The Bay IV — Restaurant in Marco Island

Service was very attentive and patient with regard to my questions of ingredients as I have a food allergy. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for pickup. I, originally, tried to order online for 15% discount, but couldn't figure out how to add toppings on cheese pizza. ( I then called in the order.). This pizza tastes very flavorful, without being overbearing. Also, the crust was done, in my opinion, perfectly. It's thinnest in the center then GRADUALLY gets thicker towards the crust...but not too thick, so you feel like you have to down a breadstick. It's well done...not so it's too floppy when you pick up your slice, and not overdone (you don't feel like you're chewing on cardboard). The pepperoni is a nice thickness and the pizza was not greasy. It's what I would call an enjoyable, yet hearty, pizza that leaves you feeling glad you ate it. Satisfying and delicious! In addition, there is a parking spot out front if you are picking up your order so you don't have to worry about spending forever trying to find a spot for something that should only take minutes. I am sure this restaurant is okay. For me personally, the dish was a let down. I ordered the Cheese sticks, which were very salty to me. Then I ordered the pasta combo. WARNING: If you are thinking there is a lot of beef in this dish (Lasanga, Ravoli, etc) There is almost NONE. Pretty much everything in there is CHEESE filled. Massively disappointing for me, but others may like it. There is no description on the Pasta Combo, you would need to read each thing on the menu to know what's in there, and some are meat OR cheese, sadly they always default to cheese. I also ordered Chocolate moose... Not sure what they gave me, but last time I checked Chocolate was brown, not white. I did not even try it. I was already so depressed with my food I had lost any desire to proceed further. My advice is to be very careful when ordering so that you get what you are expecting. I did not. It's not a very expensive place, but then I would have gladly paid more to get more of what I actually wanted. We are here on vacation, so we're always excited to try new places. I ordered a meal from Uber Eats for pickup, but it was taking forever for them to prepare the order while I was sitting in the parking lot. When I went inside to ask about it, the staff couldn’t find my order and asked me if I was in right restaurant. After I showed them my order on the app, they confirmed that I was in the right place, but that one of my items wasn’t available (roast beef sandwich). Since the restaurant had no record of my order, I decided to cancel my order on the app and just re-order in person. Uber Eats still charged me the full amount because the restaurant had “already started preparing my order”.

I was also disappointed that none of the staff were wearing masks, including the ones preparing the food.

Food was good once we finally got it! My advice is not to order from any of their multiple listings on Uber Eats or Door Dash and just get the...
