I was having issues with a phone that was 2+ years old and on a trip where I needed it to work and hold a charge for navigation etc. It was having issues charging and I had a drive to do that day so I searched for an At&t store and went to this one and.... Met Todd. He was so helpful, and informative. Charged my phone wirelessly since the charging port was not accepting chargers... I was down to one cable it would accept and that day it wouldn't accept that one. He informed me while I was looking at chargers and wireless chargers that they were currently having a sale on all chargers, I think 30% off. I was wanting something new, maybe wireless, to just help me not get stranded without phone Nav or battery to call for help. So I picked a wireless charger and another charging device just to have two new options since the sale and for my own safety. Also got a mount to hold my phone in the car, great price. While my phone was charging I looked at other phones because my phone had other issues that concerned me, I just feel like it's good to get a new phone every couple years.... They had one on display that I loved!!! A dual screen. Hard to explain but I just got back from trip and the phone part he had shipped to my home since they only had the display one there and I liked it more than the new one coming out that was bigger... This phone is the size of my samsung s8 plus but.... Comes with a removable case that has a screen on the other side that.... You have two screens at once without minimizing or split screen or switching back and forth!!! It's amazing! I hope I can update this review with photos and videos. I did explain to Raul I’m very close to moving on to a different carrier since no one seems to be concerned with or about lack of help at this location and the miss direction that I received from the first representative that has cost me several of waisted trips here and time and travel 3 different times to repair facility’s.Feel free to call me any time to discuss...
