If I can give a lower rating, I would. Text messaging notifications was not working on my samsung less than 1 year old phone, and I am a verizion contented long time customer. Salesman B. fiddled w it and said "your phone is broken. Salesman B. courteously (SIC) added because your insurance deductable is $150.00 you'd be better off paying off the $80.00 for your old phone and then get up and running w a new phone for $33ish monthly." Sounded like good news, and he had looked up my info ! Much later after the $80 was run on my c.c., additional charges are now mentioned ; activation fee, transfer fee, newer special charger, taxes & Ready?Set Go! package fees. My New Phone information wasn't transfered correctly, I was told,"Go home, lady, do it at home." I could receive calls and text, tired, I drove down Bald Eagle Drive. The next morning, after speaking w Verizon directly, $1,1350.00 was returned to my account and my original phone was a simple fix via text support. My deductible amount was $75.00,for which my phone could have been repaired or replaced, not the amount Salesman B. quoted to me in the store. There is at this location, a restocking fee of $50.00 for returned products, my time, agravation and costs, and the 3 salemen remain less than pleasant. We were on vacation in Marco and his phone died (would not charge anymore, and it was 6 years old) so we went to this Verizon store. It only took Esther about 1.5 hours to get his new phone ready. I was impressed with how easy it was for us. So, now the reason for the 3 stars is that a couple of days after we leave Marco I get an email from Verizon Wireless that our new bill is now going to be a little over $300 when it was closer to $150 before the new phone! I logged into our account and found out that we had Travel Pass, Mobile Hot Spot added to all 3 of our lines at $10 each per line per month, the one iPhone had Apple One added to is and my husband's new phone had Disney+ added to it, both of those $10 per month. His phone was also put on a different/more expensive plan that he used to be on (same as our other 2 lines). So what the hell? We were never asked or informed about any of these so-called 'perks' that were just randomly added without our approval or knowledge. So i just spent time on verizon's website removing these perks manually and then chatting with a customer service person who helped me get a refund for these charges I didn't want. He was an absolute pleasure with whom to do business. He also juggled up to 6-7 people while we were there, without anyone having an undue wait, as he was the only one in the store on a Saturday. Truly superb service. The only negative was we did not know that this was not a Verizon store until we made two new phone purchases - only to find out we needed to deal directly with this store for any returns. In that we were out-of-state, that will be an issue, but hoping Samsung is still making a reliable product! One more thing - be aware that the Samsung S21 Ultra is the only phone that does NOT come with a charging power cord! You will spend $1200, no deals, no discounts, no trade-ins and then have to put out for a home charger, a car charger and a protector case. Plan on another $100+ to the cost - not a store issue, but shame on greedy Samsung!!! I tried calling Samsung, and after a lower associate told me that they were not told why Samsung did that, waited for over 45 minutes for a Supervisor, ended up leaving my name/# for a callback.
