Your employee is extremely rude. I went back into the store after a purchase to clarify a statement that he’s made to make sure I understood what he was saying.

What I am referring to here is that I had initially give him two rewards card with one purchase each on each card to consolidate. Once he completed my transaction, he handed me the card and told me that he had consolidated the stamps and added an extra stamp to the card. Upon exiting the store, I looked at the card and noticed that there were only three stamps on the card, so I went back in the store just to verify the statement he made about the extra stamp which in my information would’ve put four stamps on the card.

He would not give me a chance to speak, and kept insinuating that I only came back in the store to be problematic. I tried to explain to him that I just needed clarification and he would not let me speak, and so I requested that he refunded my money to which he responded he will not give me a refund which devolved in a racial back-and-forth verbal confrontation. He was rather dismissive and then threatened to call the police on me, at which point I left the store. He even followed me outside the store trying to argue with me. Thankfully I didn’t engage in a different way when he came outside.

I have been to the store on several occasion, and I’ve been nothing but cordial from the first time I met the owner until now. This employee was rather disrespectful to me and now you’ve lost a customer. That dude really need to work on his listening skills. His ego is too big for a customer...

Saw this spot open up by my house and immediately went to go check it out. Found everything I could possibly need for the future and even happier knowing its nearby. Great service, super clean and super friendly 20/10...
