Only giving one star because there’s no option for no stars. I went there for dinner and knew that I would have to wait for my food which wasn’t a problem. The problem came when I had been waiting approximately 20 minutes instead of the 12 minutes that I was told that it would take to complete my order. I went through the drive thru and eventually went inside to see how much longer it would be. The young man at the register from the drive thru was polite as well as the young lady at the register on the inside. The problem came when the young lady at the register went to the manager about my order and the manager had such a nasty attitude and a very sarcastic response as to how much longer my order would take to be ready. At first I asked for a refund then realizing that since I paid with a debit card that my money would be held up by the bank so I said that I would continue to wait. After reading other reviews I see that other customers have had similar issues regarding the same person and it baffles me that such a big company hasn’t addressed this manager’s rude behavior. I called corporate bright and early this morning and its not something that I take lightly and don’t do this often. However this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY establishment. By the way I am a manager at a retail store and would never treat a customer the way that...
Read moreI’m so upset, I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was so abysmal I feel obligated to warn others. My girlfriend and I ordered our food online and came to pick our food up and the order wasn’t given to us because it didn’t show up in their system, and I wasn’t the only person inside not receiving their order and management was ignoring their customers. I am usually a returning customer HOWEVER even after showing the manager the bank statement and that the order was still active and we waited 15 minutes for our order. It’s the no effort to fix the situation for me, it’s the horrible staff for me, it’s the giving our order away to another customer for me, it’s the everyone dragging their feet and taking forever to make the food for me. As someone who spent years in the food industry, this customer service was the worst display of hospitality and customer service. I rarely leave a place feeling this angry, the lack of empathy, the lack of professionalism and the lack of competence displayed by these individuals will ensure my family and I will not be spending our money somewhere where we are treated like I am a nuisance. Absolutely pitiful experience.
If you want to come eat here be ready not to be served with a smile, be ready to be served with bad attitude, carelessness and questionable...
Read morePerhaps one reason KFC is losing the war is that they use AI to summarize. This place is a perfect example of how employees ruin a good business. They allowed a USPS delivery van (with no license plate!) to park in the handicapped parking spot. Probably because she was getting large orders frequently for USPS coworkers. As for us, we were given a takeout bag with a takeout box inside. No tray, never asked if we were eating in or takeout. My 3 piece chicken meal was so-so. Ive noticed several KFC restaurants we've been to in the last couple of years have overcooked the batter to a dark brown, and this location was no exception. They didn't have enough breasts to complete the 3 piece meal unless I chose 2 drumsticks! Which I did. My wifes bowl had virtually no gravy and no extra cheese, which she'd requested. She ate only a few bites before discovering the chicken bowl had only 3 chunks of chicken. She started eating one chunk and found it was half gristle. She threw the bowl away, and we went to Taco Bell for her. I've always been a KFC fan, but I'm going to have to rethink this because my wife refuses to return again, citing subpar bowls, and service, here and at other locations. I do know that if Harland Sanders was still alive, half the franchisees would be out of the KFC business, including...
