I ordered from here online a hamburger and hot dog with fries. The first issue is when my boyfriend went to pick up the order they were telling him they don’t sell hamburgers and hot dogs and they had no order for me ??? I was on speaker and as soon as I spoke up the story changed to they were under new management and didn’t have access to the websites account which is whatever crap happens personally think that should of been figured out before opening since now I have to dispute a charge with my bank. The person I spoke to asked if I wanted them to make the food and I said ok my boyfriend would pay in restaurant, idk who is cooking the food but they should know how to make a colombian hot dog since they wanted to be quick to tell my boyfriend initially they were a Colombian restaurant that didn’t sell hot dogs or hamburgers hmmm…what i received was far from being considered a Colombian hot dog I asked for no mustard or salsa de ajo I got a hot dog bun with two hot dogs a overload of melted cheese, lays chips crunched on top with ketchup…no pineapple sauce no pink sauce couldn’t even grab the hot dog to eat it because of the amount of cheese that was put on top and the amount of ketchup that was put making the bun completely soggy. I had a very disappointing experience here. I specifically ordered no pork for religious reasons, and halfway through my meal I realized that the beans they served me contained pork. This was extremely upsetting and disrespectful. When I brought it up, the only response I got was a dismissive “sorry for your patience” — no real apology, no accountability, and no refund.

On top of that, the steak I ordered was dry, tough, and practically inedible. For the price, I expected much better quality.

To make matters worse, when I did not leave a tip due to the pork situation, the staff actually followed me to the parking lot, attempted to process a tip without my consent, and claimed the transaction didn’t go through. This is completely unacceptable and feels like harassment.

I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. This restaurant clearly does not respect customers’ dietary needs, religious concerns, or even basic ethics in handling payments. I cannot recommend this...

I doubt I will be coming back during lunch time at least. Came around 3 pm with my kids for late lunch. It was only one table sitting and they had their food. We ordered tacos, pollo and carne. 3 of each. I asked for yuca frita the woman never heard me so. We were still hungry so packed and order for 3 more chicken and some fries. For both orders it took 15 mins + for the tacos to come out. The food was warm at best. Tired of people working half way and expecting full credit. If the chick was busy(which she wasn't) the chef should have brought the food out hot compared to letting it cool down. I used to work in food for almost 10 years when I was young. Today's food service industry is not keeping up with the old ways. Maybe dinner would be better but I think I am good off that. Don't need a...
