Customer service was great! just the products have me questioning my return. i bought a 5000 hit rechargeable vape and a 2500 hit mint vape. both were very dissatisfying. the rechargeable wouldnt even charge on the 1st day and the mint is already toxic tasting after just a day and a half. (it literally smells burnt and toxic ive never seen a vape do that!) Also employees were very nice and as helpful as they could be but what kind of store cant even help a customer without a manager around? i swear i heard that like 30 times. train your employees more especially if they’re running the store by themselves. its just asking for the customer and the employee to get frustrated. overall tho definitely not the worst vape shop i just hope the other products are better edit: definitely had to change my rating! i went in and was greeted and helped immediately. the new vape is charging and tastes delicious! to clarify a little in my 1st review, the mint one was used for about a day and a half before it started smelling weird so im assuming i just chiefed it and used all the oil. not gonna buy that particular vape again but im definitely coming back for some new and different flavors! thank you guys so much! The best kratom options in the area, their prices are very fair, you put your phone number with every purchase, you get 5$ off your next purchase with every 100$ spent, I appreciate that and I also noticed some of the kratom products they sell to be a few dollars cheaper than other head shops I frequented. If you're in the Coconut Creek/Margate area and take kratom this should be your spot. The staff is very easy going, know about the products they're carrying and are honest about what's good and what other customers have bought that didn't turn out to be that good. Great selection. Amazing product choices but don’t expect ANY encouraging customer service. One particular kid that’s there the several times I’ve been into the shop that pushes you to buy, like being in n the store is interrupting his day. Is he busy? Is there something else more important than taking care of the customer? I would have easily spent double the amount I have in the store if it wasn’t for this young punk smart butt.
