My dining experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon entering, we approached the counter where an available staff member should have assisted us. However, we were directed to a cumbersome and unintuitive kiosk. While it wasn't necessarily confusing, it took excessive time to navigate through the menu, make modifications, and finally place our order. Unfortunately, when we had questions, it was impossible to find anyone willing to help us.
After placing our orders, we searched for a clean table to sit at, but our options were limited. One table was situated directly under a blaring speaker, playing my favorite music at a volume more suitable for a concert venue with inflated Ticketmaster fees and the other was lopsided and next to the trash. It seemed the staff enjoyed the music, but they were oblivious to it, likely due to the universally adopted use of AirPods. Are they part of the uniform?
To expedite the process, we ordered separately, hoping it would save us time. However, it took an agonizing 14 minutes for our food to arrive. Not only was my partner's order prepared incorrectly, but mine was also missing several components. However, the most disheartening aspect was that both meals were stale, cold, dry, and completely inedible. The steak seemed as if it had been soaked in water since the previous day, while the crispy chicken was cold, dry, and brittle. The cheese and tortillas were both cold and hard, and the chips resembled mere crumbs. Even the melted cheese had the consistency of cold Velveeta. Despite claiming to be "out of sour cream" when we initially ordered, they suddenly managed to find some, which was disconcerting.
Considering the nearly $25 (combined) we spent and the significant amount of time wasted and the poor food preparation and presentation, and the housekeeping of the restaurant, I deeply regret choosing this location. I feel compelled to warn others to avoid it at all costs. The experience alone indicates food-safe temperatures are not being maintained, prompting me to report this location to Broward County...
Read moreSo on Sunday 09/21 me and my husband stopped by to get a quick lunch, we needed some help with the order so I said excuse me 3 times the girl behind the counter can hear me we were not far from each other no answer so I yelled out hello she didn’t even give me eye contact but responded by saying I’ll be right with you. I waited nothing there were 3 people behind the counter and no one came to help so I walked out. I was there for about 10 mins maybe more and no one cared enough to ask what was the problem or how can they help. I tried to call to speak with the manager just 2 mins ago on Monday 09/22 around 4:20pm the attitude was out of this world. I asked for the general manager she asked who is it I gave her my name and she asked why I said I would like to speak with the general Manager directly. She stated that the manager is refusing to speak with me, I proceeded to tell her I will call corporate and put in the complaint directly she said I don’t care we are not corporate and hung up I called back she picked up the phone and hung up right away. That is why computers are replacing humans. There was no need for all of that that is a place of business and definitely not your business for you to treat people like that. But I am definitely staying far away from that place and I would recommend you do the same, god bless the owner if he allows people like that to work for him or her, sir or ma’am your business will shut down...

So when I complained, mind you not in a disrespectful way, she stayed out of the register area When the other two were helping me out one of the gentlemen offered me straws for the 2 drinks I wasnt given when I first requested it and that rude a* cashier was telling me to go get it myself! I ignored her and the guy went to go get it for me and she kept insisting I go get it myself!! I looked at her a* and told her he is just being q gentleman. It is incredible that she was not called out for her horrible customer service skills! In my years of cust serv experience, when we mess up we first apologize and own it!!! Then we try to make it right and make sure the customer is no longer upset!! No she wanted to make it worse! They could've called her out for her behavior but instead I felt they just tried to get me moving! They werent disrespectful about it at all.
