Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I’ve been coming to this Lil Caesars for years. Lately it’s been horrible service. I usually order the same thing. It’s one price when everyone else is there except Cassandra. My bill is always more when she is there and I don’t know why. Cassandra is very short and rude with customers and she’s also short and rude with the other staff members. I’ve seen and heard how she interacts and speaks with customers (including myself) and staff members. She’s argumentative, rude, quick to cut you off when ordering and speaking as well as being unorganized. I usually call my order in. I heard her tell the employees in the back not to answer the phone when it was ringing. I’m never charged for sauce that accompanies the cheesy bread, but when she’s there she charges me. She’s been at this location for years. You may remember a young lady on the sidewalk blowing bubbles and spinning the hot n ready sign….that was her. I’ll be visiting another location. When she’s there the business is total chaos and I wait at least 20-30 minutes even though I’ve called my order in. When she isn’t there it’s business as usual, I’m in and out. She really sets my nerves on edge because I know at some point she’s going to do or say something to upset me or...

I seriously just picked up two pizzas from here. And both of them are still under baked. I attempted to call the store to request a refund. But the number says it's not in service. Decided to go into the store. The person working the register was acting like I wasn't just in there earlier. Called another employee over and non would give me a refund unless I brought the pizzas to him. After he asked for a picture for proof and said it wasn't enough. You could clearly see the pizza is under baked. He said he didn't know what he was looking at. Terrible experience. I didn't get NO REFUND. My only accomplishment was I managed to loose them two sales while I was in there. I had no problem telling other customers about my experience. I wanted to save them the disappointment as well. One person was in there before me. Trying to explain to the same cashier she had allergies. And the cashier was just giving her a difficult time. I am never buying anything from here again. I ordered pizza for delivery yesterday and I purchased a drink. When my pizza was delivered I never got my drink. I called the store and some girl answered. I told her what happened and she said if someone can come pick it up. I thought she meant doordash. So I called 30 seconds later and she didn’t answer. I called 7 times and still no one answered. So I used my grandmothers phone and called them and they picked up the first time🙃. I told the girl I been calling 7 times on my phone and she said “oh I’m sorry we’re busy” ok then how are you not gonna answer me. But I called on my grandmas phone right after. And you answered on my grandmas phone the first time. No offense this location is never busy. She said to call the next day when the manager is there because she couldn’t give me a refund.
