Terra Outdoor Living — Local services in Marin City

I am 3 deliveries in, and they still haven't gotten my order right. I ordered 2 lounge chairs with cushions, a table with 2 benches, 2 chairs and 3 planters. First delivery: showed up late and made me feel guilty for calling to see if they were actually coming. Didn't call the day before as they said they would. Delivered a used table and bench (instead of the new that I bought), one new bench, chairs, wrong lounge chairs, no cushions, no planters. Never contacted me about it, I wrote them an email with no response. Called them and they basically told me I was an idiot for expecting the crew to tell them they'd delivered the wrong stuff and for emailing instead of calling. Second delivery. Swapped out the lounge chairs for the correct ones but forgot the cushions. Still no delivery of the planters. No swap of the used table and bench. Third delivery. Showed up with the planters, said they didn't know anything about the cushions or the used table. I'm about 2 months into the saga of attempting to get outdoor furniture from them. The quality of the actual furniture seems high but the process is so time consuming and maddening... and it's not clear that I'll ever get my order completed. Avoid if you can, there are better options who will actually deliver what you buy and not make you feel bad for calling...

This is THE place to go for all your outdoor living space needs! They have an incredible selection of teak furniture, all weather wicker and even fire pits at amazing prices! I went in to buy a teak dining table for the deck and left there with that AND a deep seating sofa & 2 lounge chairs. They had a nice selection of Sunbrella cushions too (though I opted to custom order cushion covers for which they offer 100s of choices). We had such a great experience with Terra Outdoor Living in Mill Valley from start to finish. They were so helpful, efficient, and professional at the store. They called and scheduled delivery within 2 days after ordering and delivered our furniture within a week of ordering. The delivery team was very professional.
