Cafe del Soul: A Post-Hike Delight
After a day of hiking, my stomach was rumbling for something special. Luckily, I stumbled upon Cafe del Soul. The place was buzzing with a great vibe.
I dove into their famous Sunrise Wrap with tofu – and wow, it was a game-changer! The tofu was incredibly fresh, and I can only imagine how good it would be with chicken. To satisfy the little ones, we tried the Yummy Tummy Wrap, which was a hit!

Worth noting: this is not an exclusively vegan spot. They do serve meat and dairy, so if you're strictly plant-based, it's good to check before ordering. That said, they have a decent range of healthy options and the ambiance is relaxed and welcoming.
