Kohl's — Local services in Marion Township

If I could give negative stars I would. Don't expect any service outside of finding what you want yourself and being rang out. Imagine the disappointed face of a 4 yr old girl because these people told us they had the dolls she wanted on Christmas Eve, drive the hour to get there, to be treated rudely the moment we walked in and be told they had no idea what we were talking about and no dolls had been set aside. Brought up the fact that their website shows the dolls available for same day pick up at that location and was told that's not true. TODAY we found the dolls OURSELVES right WHERE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN. The manager on duty, Jay, showed zero remorse over this HUGE oversight and the best he would do is RELUCTANTLY give last week's sales price. I'm no "Karen"- I've worked 15 years in retail, I'm a manager myself, NEVER have I seen such terrible customer service.
