AVOID THIS STORE. FYI. I have never left horrible reviews. I am not a Karen. This is not typical for me. BE AWARE THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE. So if you do have problems corporate, US cellular cannot help you. I recently purchased the Internet from the store I bought two systems. I was overcharged on my bill. For the $40 a month Internet. My bill was totaling over $600 for four cell phones and two Internet devices. Once I got them home, they did not work. We ran out of data and are not even able to watch TV. Let alone use our cell phones on the Wi-Fi. I will admit the return was after the 15 day policy. But due to logging into my Apple account. It took longer than 15 days. Also the billing period is 30 days. We ran out of data in the first week. The store was very uncooperative. Managers avoided me. I called corporate US cellular and they said that it was able to return the devices but we needed the store to help. They refused. We have been loyal customers of US cellular for 20 years. At this point the corporate US seller says we can do nothing unless we pay off the $800 bill For the Internet devices. I’m extremely disappointed in the store. For their continuous way avoided my phone calls, gave me the runaround. And managers had no idea how to fix the problem even though I told them that when I called 611. That they could fix it for me. I strongly suggest never going into a retail store and always going to corporate US cellular stores.At this point, I am going to collections because I refuse to pay a bill for something that doesn’t work at my house. And I refuse to pay $800 for devices...
Read moreI’m thankful that this US Cellular location is open every day because I needed help getting my phone to function properly (it was having issues with charging properly).
When I went in for help, the woman I met was patient while I described the issue and helped to identify the problem: lint stuck in the charging port. She managed to clean out the lint and dirt stuck in there with care and precision. After that, my phone had no problem charging up immediately.
She did an amazing job and had a helpful attitude. I will definitely return here if I need more help on phone issues or whenever I might...
Read moreZach was very helpful. It was busy as they were obviously short staffed. The two working did the best they could to help people as they arrived. I would suggest hiring more help for Saturdays or have additional staff scheduled. I was there for awhile, but it was no fault of the staff. It was obviously due to not enough staff. Customer service can be difficult and stressful at times. I think they handled the rush well. Don't take the good employees for granted or your store...
