Explor-It-orium — Local services in Marion

The Explor-It-orium is one of our favorite places to go! Besides our regular visits, we have also hosted two birthday parties there. Each room is themed creatively and thoughtfully, it’s nearly impossible to run out of things to do during your visit! Being that the site runs completely on volunteers, it is extremely affordable so that all families have a chance to experience the magic.

I would highly recommend them for your child’s next birthday party. As a mom, every year I look for ways to make these parties easier on myself. The Explor-It-orium practically does it all, for a very fair price! I took my 4 year old here after he went during a school field trip and wouldn't stop talking about it! It's such a fun place with never ending adventures. You could absolutely spend all day here playing and creating and learning. There are multiple themed rooms with lots of activities per room. Dress up, instruments, hands on crafts, theater, play cities and so much more. They even have a cool gift shop and the upstairs family bathroom needs to be seen because it is the coolest one I've been in! Plus they provide complimentary diapers in the family restroom. We moved here 1 year ago, and our kids 4 and 1 really love going. But the last 5 times are kids have gotten sick with colds and hand foot and mouth. After the 4th time I knew for sure it was that place so we took a break from going back for a couple of months and when we did return just 2 weeks ago my children are sick again.
