Paid $85 for 3 t shirts to be made, got no receipt or told how long it'd take. 2 weeks later I called after hearing nothing from them, they said its usually a few weeks which they should have said, so I requestedmy moneyback, they said they'd only refund half since the guy had already made the design, I picked the design out on the computer that he'd shown a bunch of designs. They lady was rude after I asked for my money back as was I bc had heard nothing from them until I called.. 3rd week got call there ready, picked up and got home, 2 of the shirts had clue on them that won't come off, 2 had black spots on that won't come off. I didn't bother calling them and telling them bc I'd had enough, I would have gotten some excuse anyways. Outrageously overpriced, rude people who work there not to mention the guy. Who doesn't give a receipt? I shouldn't have to ask. Poor quality and definitely not worth it. I found another place that does way better job and doesn't take as long and not as costly. I don't...

They are some of the must rude and unprofessional people. My mom took my nephew here to get an outfit for wrestling. The woman gave her a tape measure and told her and showed a screen on how to measure him for his size, they then placed a order and payed they were told it would only take a week but it ended up taking 3 weeks and then the whole order was completely messed up and they refused to fix it nothing fit and the man and woman there said they don’t measure for size at the store and the woman that told my mom how to measure was right there and never said a word and they never even tried to ask her or anything basically trying to call me, my dad, and my nephew (who was there for the order and told the man there what happened) liars and threatened to call the police without even asking use to leave first will never go back and will never recommend this place...

Ordered 20 shirts for youth basketball program for players and parents. Originally asked to add an additional color and was told that would take longer and we'd need to come up with a design - we couldn't use the one they had. After going back, found some socks that had the additional color so was no longer necessary to add the color to the shirt. (this took 3 visits) Shirts were completed on time, however when we called in to confirm when they'd be completed (we needed to know because we set up team pictures), we were told very rudely that they already told us they'd call us when they were done. When asking them what harm there was in calling and checking on the order, they again rudely responded that, "We were tying up their phone lines." In the end, we were happy with the product, but very unhappy with the customer service and won't go back...
