I hired Ms. Le Ann for alterations to my wedding dress. She seemed nice but was not very willing to help me. She kept advising that I do certain things on my own. For example I told her I needed my wedding dress cleaned she suggested I do it my self in my bath tub. My veil and my dress were different colors, she suggested I dip the veil in coffee to make it darker. It was just crazy, I was coming to her for a service yet she was just telling me I should do it all myself as if she didn’t want to be bothered with my dress. That was the first red flag, but I still hired her to do the alterations smh. She was supposed to add a new Zipper which she quoted me $195.00 for, altering the bodice to make it tighter and redo the beading on the front of my dress because some of the beads were loose and hanging. She was too work on the zipper and beading and I was to return with the bra so she could accurately measure what needed to be taken in the bodice area. A few weeks prior to the date that we arranged for me to come back with the bra, Ms. Le ann called me and said my dress was ready and that she had a lot of orders to work through so she wanted to get my dress out the way. Immediately that was a second red flag smh. I get there to pick up my dress and there is still no zipper on the dress and some of the beads are still loose. I ask her why isn’t there a zipper still? She had tied a piece of rope to the zipper that was left, mind you this was for $195. So of course I was not happy. Ms. Le ann then suggested that I leave the dress for additional days so that she could add an actual zipper and fix the beading AGAIN. I said that was fine because I still need my wedding dress done. Ms. Le ann called me the next day and told me she did not feel comfortable working on my dress any longer because of the way I spoke to her 🤦🏾‍♀️. This women did not add the zipper or fix the beading. She claims she cleaned the gown, it still looks the same. I paid $100 deposit for ABSOLUTELY nothing. I still have to take my dress somewhere else to get the work done that Ms. Le Ann did not do. Very disappointed with the way business...

The owner seem nice. Trying on a lot of dressings to see which one I liked. I found one but not sure I really liked it. The owner told me don’t waste my time if I wasn’t going to buy nothing. The dress had stains on it. She said if I brought it she will take off the stains and altered the dress. I gave a deposit and came back for the dress still had stains on it. She took them off after I told her about them. I didn’t wear the dress for my wedding, I had ordered one I love on online was afraid it was not coming on time for my wedding that’s why I bought the dress. That same night it came by Fedex. I was really disappointed when I reached out to find out the pricing to have a custom dress made for me for my wedding. Instead of telling me the process or even an estimate for a custom dress I was told I was better off buying a dress online and having it fitted later. I have no doubt that she has great skill working on dresses but the custom service that I received drove me away.
