You call to get a quote on a item and you’re told it’s 12.99 then you’re told to bring in the item to make sure that the back will match and you’re told again that the item is 12.99. You get to the register and they want $90 for it you end up speaking to the owner after leaving and being hung up on the phone by the same employee who gives you wrong information just because you ask questions about their customer service policies and he doesn’t like you asking questions. The owner tells you it’s just human air and it’s their situation and that it’s not laziness because the sign is right there for a 60 W breaker and the employee just must not have read it and just giving you that price and that they can’t fix that and there’s nothing they can do to help you so why would I bother go back somewhere where you’re given the price not once but twice and the owner is not willing to do anything about it to help you when you’re given the price multiple times and his employee hangs up on you when you’re asking general questions about their customer service policy. How is that good way to run your business and how is that good customer service and who lets their employees treat their customers that way by hanging up on you on the phone when you’re not yelling you’re not being rude and you’re being very polite and very reasonable with them on the phone
