Computer kept shutting the monitors down randomly, and the only way to fix was to hard restart the computer. Took it in to get looked at. Waited 2 weeks with no response. When I got the call to pick it up, was told they couldn't replicate the issues. Never got a call asking for clarification about the issue.

Charged $45 and waited 2 weeks for them to install 1 repair program, and check for at most 1 hour. And they left the repair software on my computer. Worthless company. Go anywhere...

Was very pleased and will definitely return with any and computer issues. Was told Friday that it would take a few days and I was fine with that. The problem got found and resolved by the end of their business day so I was able to pick it up. My son was in tears thinking it was gonna be a while and it was there when he opened his eyes. If any one needs there computer looked at I highly recommend...

They have a good record of fixing my computer. They seem to go to quite a bit of effort to avoid talking to customers about their computer problems, (everything is done in writing) and I would give them more business if I could show them problems.
