I had been using Walgreens for 20+ years and never had an issue at any other location except for this one. We transferred our prescriptions here about 9 months ago after we moved. In the last 3-4 months I have not had one single prescription filled correctly. First off I would get texts saying my scripts are ready for pick up to find out they were not and had to wait. I get told it's an issue with the app. Ok 1st time I can let it go, but this has been like this every months for 9 months! 3 months ago they lost my daughters prescription that the doctor just called in 4 hours ago. They claimed they never got it. Called her doctor right there for them to confirm what time it was sent over and that they got confirmation it was received. We had to wait for them the find it and then fill it. Same issue again this time it's with my script. I waited till the next day to pick up. By this point I had recieved a text, phone call, and email. Nope cant find it and claim it was never sent over. Yup called my dr while in the store and made them talk to the nurse and explain their screwups. Last straw was having 3 scripts of my on auto refill and only 1 of the 3 got filled. The other 2 got lost yet again. Worst part was they claimed I got it per the app. I called the pharmacy and confirmed that this information was correct, which they did. I asked to talk to the store manager immediately since they now have a fraud issue. Manger straightened it out for me and ask if I wanted them refilled; by this point I called my dr and told them what was going on and they sent it to another pharmacy to be filled. Over 20 years and I'm officially...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Every month getting a prescription is always a hassle. In 4 months I have used this pharmacy. The first month they said I had already picked it up, which I had not. They said they would have to review the videos to make sure. They call me 2 days later to apologize and that my medication is ready. The 2nd time they said I would need a prior authorization to fill my med. That was odd since I had already done that the month prior. The issue was they were filling someone else's prescription under me. Not sure how that happens. Then this time I was getting a prescription for my son and I got an automated call at 9am telling me my prescription is ready for pick up. Awesome great. Then I get there after work and wait in line for the standard 20 min which I will give them the benefit that they prob cant control that. But when i get up to the window the tech tells me that it's not ready and that they dont have the medication but can have it in 2 days. I asked if I could pick it up at a different location and they said no, I would need to have my doctor send it to another location. At this point I'm upset and going inside. I then find out that they do have the medicine and it was some auto out error. I'm like ok can you fill it. They said yes in 30 min. So I then went home had dinner and checked to see what time they close. It says 10pm on there google listing. I get there at 9 and everything is boarded up and says no pharmacy on duty. I will be getting the last medication ever from Walgreens. I dont write reviews but this was so crazy I actually sat in my truck and spent 20 minutes...
Read moreIf I could rate this 0 stars, I would. The pharmacy staff are beyond unprofessional and incompetent.
I went to the pharmacy 08/03 to pick a prescription for my dad. I grabbed the meds, paid and left. When I got home, we realized that they had only put 10 pills in instead of 30. He called them and they said they’d redo it and to come get it the next day. This brings us to Saturday.
I stopped in again, with the original bottle with the wrong amount. Told the pharmacy staff the situation and they took the old bottle and gave me a new prescription. So once again I drive home thinking it’s been solved. Nope.
They had only provided the 20 that were missing and since they took the other bottle he was now short 10. He called and the pharmacist starting arguing with him. Telling him they gave me the original bottle back and WATCHED ME PUT IT IN MY PURSE. That was a lie.
Finally, after my dad calling AGAIN and him raising his voice, it was all of sudden not and issue to provide the extra 10.
The next day he goes BACK to the pharmacy to pick up the remaining 10 pills. When we looked at the bottle, we realized that they used the bottle they accused me of having.
I am absolutely appalled by how rude, lazy, and disorganized the staff was. Something needs to be done. These are peoples medications we’re...
