Top notch experience with top notch jewelers. I purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding band from here and my wife purchased my wedding band from here all with the help of Randy and his team. He took the time needed to educate us on diamonds, pricing, the industry and was very professional. When it came to the engagement right, he had a batch of diamonds over nighted for me to choose from. I decided I wasn't in love with the cut- no problem. He sent those ones back, had another batch over nighted. It's not easy picking out the diamond you want to propose with but Randy really helped along the way. He also makes sure that the ring is fitted perfectly after the sale and will do whatever is necessary to make that happen. I definitely recommend...

Richardson’s is by far the best jewelry store in Marquette. They have UNPARALLELED customer service that you wont’t find anywhere else. I have dealt with nearly every other jewelry store in town & have been flat out ignored, received low quality items & repairs, treated like I was stupid, etc. but at Richardsons it has been nothing but top notch service - & if something should go wrong they’ll do anything in their power to make it right.

They worked work my husband all the way from downstate to create my custom ring. They certainly give their customers great care and service. I can't say anything bad about this place or those who run it. They took the time to properly educate my husband about diamonds so he could truly be an educated buyer and not just buy what they suggest he buy.
