I wish i could give 10 stars....our car broke down while we were in Marshall for a dogshow. Our dogs were at the fairgrounds in the motor home n we were in our car doing some shopping on a Friday night. We knew OReillys will put the tester on ur car to tell u what the problem is so we went there quickly before it died again. RICK came out n told us it was a fuel issue but since it was late on Friday night, he gave me the number of a mechanic he could recommend to help us, Reds Auto Service. In short, I called n left a msg n he called me right back stating he'd come get it first thing n the morning Saturday morning. Rick knew we had the dogs n the motor home at the fairgrounds n gave us a ride back there as we had no other ride. He was extremely polite n considerate of our misfortune. He drove us past Reds so we would know where it actually was then on to the fairgrounds. We offered to pay him n he adamantly declined. What a nice, considerate man! I will not return to this store again I was just in and bought a set of bosch platinum plugs for my truck I myself knowing better didn't count them MYSELF at the store but upon getting home and opening the bag only had 7 plugs I called the store the MANAGER argued that she counted the plugs twice it's a $ 6plug guys come on don't have to lie about a plug just the fact that I paid for 8 and got 7 I'm a 36 yr old man don't have to lie so them not homering it and don't have another in stock anyway makes me very irritated I have to go to another part store to purchase another plug that I supposedly got but didn't get and...

Double check your parts. I ordered 4 new calipers and received 3 new calipers and one used burnt up caliper core & Insufficient clips for pads.

Luckily the brake pads i ordered from Amazon/Detroit Axl provided the correct backing & abutment clips for my Acura CL

O'Reilly's did correct the caliper issue. However someone did over tighten the new replacement caliper bleeder...
