Took my Fossil watch in for a battery replacement. Within a week the watch stopped, so I took it to a reputable watchmaker to see what was going on. They found that the battery had been jammed in and the contact prongs were bent/broken. I then returned to the Jeweler's Palette to remedy the situation only to be angrily told they wouldnt be responsible and a number of excuses how he "could not have done that." He said it was impossible for him to have put the wrong battery in saying "it takes a 373, the next battery size up is a 377 which wouldnt even fit." ... According to Fossil the watch requires a size 371 battery - which he apparently doesnt realize exists. Extremely confrontational, poor service and extremely poor handling of my watch. If you cant trust them to replace a battery in a $150 watch do you really trust them with...

This small business is truly a hidden gem in downtown Marshfield. My husband had my ring custom made here and he absolutely loved the entire process. He got to sit down in the back with Mike and picked out every single little detail that he envisioned my ring to be and they created the absolute most beautiful ring! Mike and Denise are so great to work with, I have went in a few times for sizing, cleaning and getting my rings soldered together and they have been so kind and helpful with literally everything. Everything we’ve had done here has been done in such a timely manner, even when I told them it was no rush at all, I would get a call within a few days that it was ready to be picked up! The product Mike has made is absolutely stunning & timeless and their service here is phenomenal. 20/10...
