I had a pad pixel starting from the left of my Samsung Odyseey G9 and it was slowly making it's way right of my screen and problems like this though small at first usually become much bigger problems. I was still under warranty but figured I would have to send it in or who knows with large tech companies but, nope. After I sent my repair ticket through Samsungs website I was contacted within 2 days by Quality TV Services, this was 2 days before Christmas as well so i was pleasantly surprised to hear back when I did and so soon. Samsung does contract repair through them and I have to say they have made an excellent choice. Quality TV Services kept me posted and worked with my schedule. They even came late. Samsung warranty department was very difficult to deal with. However, Quality TV was able to source parts even faster than their own distribution centers and kept me up to speed with timely information through the whole process.
Once the parts were in, I had my monitor fixed and back up and running within a day. I was very impressed at how quickly they were able to work and with the fact that they were able to repair such an odd screen so quickly.

Read moreI recently bought a 70 inch Sony BRAVIA TV from Facebook marketplace for cheap because the LED's went bad, making the picture all blue (Photo). I called Quality TV on a Thursday, told them this, and they took my TV Friday morning. I got my TV back not even two weeks after the initial call (13 days), and it has been good as new with no issues. Highly recommend Quality TV Services not only because of how quick they took care of me and their friendly customer service, but also because they are a small business and who doesn't love to support small businesses? I would go here over Best Buy or any other repair shop ten times out of ten. Repair costed little over $250, but well worth it considering...
