HORRIBLE Customer Service. We took our 2 year old TV (purchased from Costco) there to get "diagnosed" for $90 Ok fine. Except. They DID NOT diagnose it. They plugged it in for 20 mins and said nope it is fine come pick it up. So we did. The tech said when/if it the TV had an issue again he would come out and look at it. Ok so the next morning we set it up and plug it in immediately the TV has the same issue (turns off and on repeatedly) So we call. He says it would be easier for us to order and install the part ourselves. (the part is $300) The $90 is supposed to go towards repairs once diagnosed. BUT they didn't diagnose it. However they insisted the $90 is owed to them. For 20 minutes of time when they didn't even follow through with what THEY promised us. So my husband calls. One brother he talks to AGREES with us, says we should get our money back that he will talk to his other brother and get back to us tomorrow. A week goes by. NO ONE CALLS US. Finally after 8 days my husband gets another one of the brothers on the phone. He could care less he yells at my husband, he is rude, and eventually he hangs up on him. (Never ever after taking and keeping someones hard earned money should you act that way as a business owner) $90 is not going to make or break them, and we are disputing the charge as the services promised were NOT rendered. They stole our money, didn't follow through with a call back, cannot communicate among themselves. Marysville would be better off without a place with terrible, scamming business practices. Shame on them for having such low standards and treating their customers...

Hey marybeth, it's the state law that any customer has the right to exchange any defective merchandise (Uniform Commercial Code). It's Uniform because it has been adopted in all 50 states.

While I am not an attorney and not giving you legal help, you may be able to get help from an attorney to recover your loss (although you would have to go through Small Claims Court). I hope you kept your receipts and sales contract.
I'm guessing that the reason that they were such stinkers is that the furniture was a "one of a kind" deal they made with another store or they bought if from a retailer going out of business and couldn't replace it or return it themselves, so they passed the...
