Buzz Inn Steakhouse — Restaurant in Marysville

Stay away from this atrocious dirty place! A bartender lady told me "I don't have to come back there, because they have enough business from other customers" She was beyond rude. She seemed very unhappy with her job. She should get fired..most importantly, their food stinks! I got sick that night.

I had a horrible experience at this place. I was there between 7:20PM to 7:45PM on Tuesday about 3 months ago. I wasn't sure if she (a grumpy red haired lady) was a cashier or bartender, but she was obnoxious. I was surprised she was working as a bartender. Anyway, I ordered two burgers to go, waited about 10 minutes, at this point, I wasn't sure if the order was placed or not. There was no cashier or customer service at the front desk. So I asked the bartender lady if my order has been placed. I waited another 10 minutes, but still no burgers. It was a very uncomfortable place to wait; I didn't know if I could sit down somewhere or keep standing against the wall) while I was waiting, I looked to the left side and there was kitchen with a couple of chefs. One of the chefs put out a bag of burgers, placed it on the rack, so I approached him and asked him if it is my order #37 the two deluxe burgers, and he told me "yes". Since everybody was busy and nobody was available except the bartender lady who was keep talking to a male customer, I showed the chef my order #, and I grabbed the bag of the burgers. Since the chef didn't really say anything, I thought it was ok to get it by myself. I walked towards to the grumpy bartender lady, and I told her I already got my order from the chefs and you don't have to do anything. She raised her voice and yelled at me "you have no business with the chefs and you're not allowed to take any food from the kitchen rack". She was keep bitching and whining about it while she was having a social conversation with one of her customers. She had plenty of time. I told her I was in a hurry and I only have a minute to take the bus or I have to wait for another 30 minutes. I told her "I'm not gonna wait forever, the burgers were ready but you're not doing anything except having a social conversation with your patron. I told her "You have terrible customer service' and she told me "don't ever come back because we have enough business from other people". I told her I'll be more than happy to, and I told her "good bye" and left.

I called their headquarter's office and left a message but nobody called me back. There's another restaurant one or two blocks down south on the same side of the street. They're much better, the waiters and waitress are friendly, have great customer service skills, and their foods are 10x better! This place is atrocious! Run...

Went to buzz Inn in marysville last month ordered my food and waited for over an hour. After an hour+ had past my waitress comes to the table asking if we had gotten our food yet. We said no and she went to figure out what happened and why we hadn't received our food she comes back and tells us they made a mistake and the food was set up to go and had been sitting there for about 45 min. The waitress then explains she went on her lunch break and someone else made a mistake. My wife and I could not wait for them to cook it again so they offered us a gift card to compensate us for our money spent and getting old cold food. I did not ask for this but was offered it because of my wait. So yesterday I went to go back to the buzz inn to use the gift card and was told that I could not use the gift card because apparently there gift card reader was not set up or working (but there credit/debit card machine was) seems odd and like it would be the same reader but what do i know. They tell me this after my family ordered the food and spent gas money and our time to go back to the restaurant. I don't know if this is there way of getting customers that had a bad experience to come back and spend more money but it seems shadey. So I talked to the manager to see if there was anything she could do to help the situation. I explained the bad experience we had and that we were here off of that experience trying to give them another chance but she told me there was nothing she could do and we would have to pay for our meal and were not able to use the gift card that they gave me. I told her that is not how you keep regular loyal customers. I had been going to that buzz Inn for 20 years and I am pretty sure that will be the last time. I never fill out these ratings but felt this one was worth telling others about. Maybe don't waste your time coming here the old manager would have definitely taken care of me I have had less than a handful of issues with them in the last 20 years and the old manager always made it right with me and that is why I was a loyal customer but the new management apparently doesn't care for...

Great place. Been going since the mid 90's with my parents. Now i am going by myself i still enjoy the food. The menu has changed a bit. The Philly cheese is pretty good. I always get the shrimp basket. But one thing i have a problem with is your guys' breakfast. I order anything with hashbrowns and i either get a small portion of what seems to be cut from a bakers quarter sheet from the oven on hold time. What REALLY pisses me off is when i ask how my eggs are to be cooked. Can ANY of your cooks even GET OVER MED correct??? They're fried every.single.time. Or they're underdone. Please teach your cooks how to cook them correctly. Not all of us want scrambled eggs. I'd like to go there at least once a week to eat breakfast IN ANY LOCATION OF BUZZ IN!! THIS ISN'T JUST ABOUT THE MARYSVILLE LOCATION. I've never had a bad experience with the one on state and grove. But for sone reason the one on Arlington airport, is not good. Last time i went to that one was months ago. Just because y'all can't cook a simple egg. It's not that hard. I'll even come back there to the grill to make it myself and show your cooks HOW to properly make them. I love your corned beef hash breakfast. Love it. BUT I LIKE OVER MED EGGS BECAUSE THE RUNNY YOLK MAKES THE DISH. PLEASE GET IT RIGHT. I LOVE YOU GUYS. Had French dip at the Marysville state location the other night. It was good but isn't the meat suppose to be like, hot? The cheese was melted but the meat seemed like it wasn't even heated. Again. I love buzz in but come on!! It was good. Just...
