Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Maryville

This location has a clear management problem. Two times I have done a mobile order and this location somehow messes it up. Both times we get to this location and check in and see our name on the screen and the screen says our order is in the kitchen. Both times this would go off the screen and say the order was on its way. Both times, I spent about a hour trying to get food. The first time this happened (about 4 months ago) I push the button after patiently waiting and ask about my order. They bring me two teas (that were not ordered) and I asked where my food was. They had no idea and we had to reorder. The second time, I finally push the button and ask about my order and they said they would have it right out. It was supposed to be two burgers, one tots, one onion rings and two drinks. All was right except I got two onion rings. The burger packaging felt cold and I confirmed the meal would be cold after biting into an onion ring and it felt like it had been in a refrigerator. I push the button and tell them they will have to redo this cold order. I had to tell them the order again and this time all was right except I got two tots and no onion rings. I push the button and tell them I did not get my onion rings and he gave me a price to pay for the onion rings and I told him I had already paid for them and he said we are out of onion rings and then he said is there anything else on the menu that you want in its place and I said just bring me a large chocolate shake and he said ok.

So, I may have left this with a large shake (I'm not sure of the price difference on a large shake and a medium onion rings) but the trouble I went through was not worth it. I'll be waiting for this location to get its act together before paying...

Now it used to be 5 star bc ive always received excellent service at this location I cant bring myself to drop it more than 1 star and the lady on carhop duty did what she could to fix it but my online order was incorrect twice even on the remake I ordered an ultimate meat breakfast burrito withsausage bacon egg cheese and tots and a Jr bacon egg and chz I at first received 2 frito chili cheese burritos 😅 i get it new guy in the back no big deal but he remade it and I still only got bacon egg and cheese and I was really wanting the ultimate with sausage and tots considering I paid the extra for it im not having them remake it again but to the guys in the back I get being in a hurry but paying attention to detail is the real key here and ultimate meat burrito has all the breakfast meats not just bacon and where I appreciate the remake and it being nice and hot next time I would like my sausage lol I just didnt want to end up taking more burritos idk what to do with home and I hate wasting food so now im looking for a friend to give a couple burritos to😅🤣 i can say that yall were as always spot on with my dirty dr pepper. I will honestly never go to the location on 321 in maryville again bc the dirty dr pepper I got from them last I had to waste due to wrong portions making my drink sour and nasty I always look to yall as my go...

(4-11-24)I ordered the garlic butter bacon burger and let me tell you, if you like garlic the burger is AMAZING. Our carhop I believe (Alisha) was super friendly as well!! 4-12-24 my visit today was very unpleasant, I came yesterday food was amazing, however I go today ordered a garlic bacon burger, large Dr Pepper and a medium chocolate shake, I received a large Diet Coke, medium chocolate shake and a grilled cheese, I didn’t think to check my food since I had a large drink and the shake. we went back to get my food and drink remade, the lady at the window was quite rude, I work in fast so I know how it is, all I wanted was my burger and drink remade, she then asked to check our bag and check our burger, we showed her it was clearly a grilled cheese, she asked us to hand the bag back in( your not allowed to take food back through the window in a restaurant) we got my burger there was garlic on 25% of the burger, the patty was definitely old, this burger tasted awful.
