I bought a piece of furniture from this store and received an email saying to come by the store for curbside pick up. I arrived and the employees were extremely rude. The email said to call the store when you arrive and they will bring your order out to you. I did exactly what the email said and the old blonde lady came out with a horrible attitude.

She said that they aren’t doing curbside pick up anymore but that she’ll still sign for me and bring it out. I was about to say that I can get out and sign, and that I wasn’t aware that they changed policies but she walked away before I could talk. When she came out with my item my boyfriend helped her load it into our van and said thank you to her. She didn’t say a word and walked away. Then she came back out with my receipt and I said thank you ma’am and she rolled her eyes at me and then walked back into the store.

I’m really not sure what we did to receive such horrible customer service. But we won’t be returning or purchasing from this location again. The owners of this store should be ashamed of their employee’s rude service...

I’ve always received good service from this location, but today was beyond exceptional. Every member of the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful, especially Dalton. He offered to help me load the large canvas I purchased into my car. It unfortunately wouldn’t fit with my son’s carseat so he was kind enough to hold it until I could make it back in. I was promptly greeted by multiple staff members when I returned and Dalton immediately recognized me. He once again offered to help me load it into my car. Since I didn’t have the baby with me I was capable of doing it myself this time, but absolutely appreciate his eagerness to assist. I’m very satisfied with the service I receive every time I go in as well as the purchases I’ve made. I highly recommend shopping at the Maryville location. I know...

Stopped by today to get some ideas for our new house, as we shopped a young man named Noah introduced himself and began to show us around. He was absolutely amazing with his knowledge and insight for what we are wanting to do to our living room. He showed my wife and I 5 new pieces of the Davis collection and a new rug which we completely loved. He then introduced us to a lady named Jodie who was an interior designer and she helped us come up with a plan for our new house! I cannot tell you just how great an experience this was for us both. These two are great and because of them we will return to continue with our project plan. Thank you both you two are great!...
