Grossly incompetent!

My son's soccer team put their order in for jerseys, socks, and shorts in early August for their soccer season. Website says it should take about two weeks for the orders to be complete--which should've been PLENTY of time before his season started.

I placed an initial order and realized I had made a mistake in my first order. I called two days later and left a message to cancel the order and believed it had been canceled.

FIVE WEEKS later, the first batch of team apparel arrived. Not only were none of the orders fully fulfilled, jersey numbers were messed up and the order I thought had been canceled actually hadn't.

Long story short, here we are, mid-October, two-and-a-half months after placing our orders in well in advance, and no one has a complete uniform and jersey numbers and sizes are still coming in screwed up.

What the hell, guys?

Parents of the team have vowed never to shop here and again and make sure others don't either. You're wasting your time and money on, not even...

Messed up our $400 order multiple times. They were rude when I went there and told them we were missing stuff, made the missing stuff for us all in the wrong sizes and still forgot the sweatpants pictured.
